Onyx Green

Green calcite onyx is formed in translucent layers coloured by mineral impurities. Its visual language is closer to water, moss, and mineral spring deposits than to the harder chalcedony historically called onyx. The stone should be sold through this truth: colour with depth, and light travelling through a record of gradual formation.
